  • Children can participate in the competitive activity or individual course opted by them from home, at their convenient time.  This activity is made available digitally as well as using conventional methods.
  • This program is not intended only to provide information about various contributions required from a student but to bring about a permanent positive change.
  • This development program does not follow a typical teaching based learning pattern. This is an interactive and dynamic activity which uses only natural and practical measures.
  • Here, children are neither required to attend any classroom sessions or listen to any lectures nor they are required to refer to books or read lengthy matters. They are not required to appear for any examinations rather they are required to assess themselves.
  • Children are required to spend very little time per day to go through the questionnaire, hints or instructions provided by us and try to implement the same while carrying out their daily routine work. 
  • During this program, the development is achieved by the following instruction while carrying out day to day routine work. So a student’s own contribution towards things carried out every day, the influence of people around and the circumstances a student comes across are the basic instruments of these activities. 
  • Children are not required to learn anything by-heart nor they are given any homework or project work. They are only required to send us a report of their performance once a week in text, audio or video format. 
  • Positive change or development is a gradual process as our own resistance to the change acts as a major constraint. So initially the students may find it difficult to perform as per instructions due to their current mindset and habits. So many times, instructions will be repeated in order to instill certain concepts in the minds of the students. This is the main reason why this program can- not be completed in a few hours or days.
  • At Instill Forever, we do not provide readymade solutions to children. We want them to face every situation and make efforts to work out a solution. During this process, we help them to develop necessary qualities like patience, control, perseverance and take care that children do not deviate from the mainstream. 
  • The effect of these activities on various aspects of life will be witnessed over a period of time provided the questionnaire, hints and instructions are followed sincerely. This positive effect won’t serve a temporary purpose, rather should ideally continue all throughout life.
  • Generally, competitions are meant to exhibit personal excellence in a certain field. It is an effort to prove oneself to be superior to others. In our competitive activity, a student’s efforts to understand /follow instructions, find out own shortcomings and come up with remedial measures, is the winning criteria. So more than competing with others, it is an effort to upgrade oneself.
  • The program is available for different age levels. Groups have been formed for different age levels.
    • 4th Grade to 8th grade
    • 9th Grade to 12th Grade,
    • Undergraduates and above
  • The program has been designed carefully taking into consideration two factors. First, is age appropriateness of the activities based on the different abilities and skills the children should be mastering at a particular age level and second, making the activities lucid so as to facilitate effective understanding for each age level.
